Can I get some advice/help assessing this damage?

Took Mrs Flex out for lunch and I parked at the end of the row next to one of those useless concrete slabs they love to put in parking lots but when I pulled out I couldn't see it and forgot it was there and turned right into it.

As ar as I can tell only a smidge of curb rash on my wheel but it's a cheap winter wheel not the OEM so I am less concerned about that.

But the rocker cover is destroyed and it looks like the fender may be bent. I don't see any actual damage to the fender or paint.

Here's pics and yes the car is dirty as hell, but can you guys let me know what this is going to cost me?

Do the rocker covers come painted if I order one or does it come neutral and I have to pay to have it painted?

Also how big of a job is it to swap out?
