Hi, I'm Mike.

After wanting one of these for as long as I can remember, I finally picked up a 2008 Magnum R/T with the rare (so I've gathered) Road and Track package. It's got wheels and tires from a 2015 Challenger, the actual Road and Track package upgraded 20s weren't with the car when I got it.

It's a little bit rough around the edges -- the paint is not in the best shape, which I don't particularly mind, and it's got super low miles for a 2008 - only 83,000.

Unfortunately, about 2 and a half weeks after I bought it, one of the radiator fans separated its blades from the motor and went through the radiator as well. Replaced the radiator with the Severe Duty model and also upgraded to the Dorman electric fans, and threw in a Duralast 4127 thermostat for good measure. I now have the "your car is too cold" P0128 CEL until I can get a programmer and change it.

THEN just last week, the bad stuff happened. The transmission went out completely. $3000 later and it's rebuilt. I'm not super happy about that.

Anyway, I'm determined to make this thing a reliable daily driver. I just hope nothing else breaks.

Going back to OEM suspension after riding BC coilovers for 4 years on an 06 300c

I am getting tired of slowly grinding off my exhaust, almost ripping my oil pan off and dragging my bike rack all over so I'm going back to stock. My question or concern is can I use the rear BC racing springs I currently have on the car with a set of like OEM or stock struts from KYB, They have an inexpensive kit that reverts back to oem and comes with everything except the rear springs/coils. This is the kit from rock auto site. Do I need to get new rear springs also? In addition, should I offer to sell the BC kit for cheap to someone here or is it not worth passing along? It was installed about 4 years ago. 4 years of new england weather, not sunny california or florida. Thanks in advance for any help given.

What is leaking?

While wrapping up my oil change, I noticed fluid dripping from above what I think is the middle passenger edge of the transmission fluid pan. I couldn't tell where it started from. It was almost dark so it hurt my ability to tell anything. Oddly, it seemed perfectly clear, as if it were condensation from the a/c, but there shouldn't be any in that area, right? That drain is located much further up in the front, forward of the oil filter, right? The only thing I could come up with was maybe a tranny cooler line and it was radiator fluid. IT didn't seem to have any color though. I checked the radiator and am low on fluid. Also, when I noticed it leaking, the car wasn't even running, which points away from condensation as well. Any ideas on what I am looking at/should be looking for? On another note, when I removed my belly pan cover, I noticed rust on it where the back driver bolt is. I couldn't find anything I thought would be causing that either. These two things aren't that far apart, but they aren't that close either. My car is an 06 300CSRT.

Leather seat issues

I have less than 2,000 miles on my Hellcat and my driver seat is bugging me badly on appearance. The lower middle section of back rest is loose. Could this be because it stretches with the lumbar support? Just seems to me like it’s way too loose. I plan on making a claim at my next oil change.

My Daytona has no issues with the leather/alcantara combo with a lot more miles.

Does anyone else have something like this? Oh and no I’m not a huge guy. I know how to get in/out of sport car seats.

I’ll post a pic soon maybe I’m just over analyzing but at $70k I would expect no doubts about anything.
