100,000 mile plate frame

Received my "Dodge" license plate frame...
And it's deformed.
The middle of the top sticks out a bit and middle of the bottom even more.

If I contact FCA again, will they issue me a better stamped unit?

I do like the up to date font..

Lady that write the letter typed up my Dodge is a 2000 model not 2005.
