The "Handy" Muffler Delete Plan - Need Opinions

Below is my muffler delete plan for my 2006 Dodge Charger Dayton. When I bought my car, it had straight pipes and was a loud droning beast. Luckily, I found a basically unused complete exhaust system off of a 2007 Magnum R/T. It was a perfect fit in every way and looks new. But now my exhaust seems too quiet and too tame. So I'm planning to delete the center mufflers (double suitcase muffler).

I was just going to go to a muffler shop and have pipes welded in in place of the mufflers. But no one here does REAL mandrel bends (even though they say they do) And I don't like the idea of welding on my silver aluminized exhaust. Plus a full center muffler delete may be a tad louder than I want. So I figured I'd just do something myself.

Here's the plan. I will replace the center suite case muffler with two 2.25 inlet/outlet glass packs with a 15 degree offset. And I'll fit them in place with stainless stepped band clamps. Hopefully this will all just be plug and play once I saw out the original center muffler.

I need opinions. Is this the right size setup? Do these clamps work well? Will the glass packs sound good? Is there a better way? Will I be more attractive, wealthier and wiser with these on my Daytona?

Please opine and thanks for your help. :thumbs_u:
