Hello all, I am from France and I own a 2006 Dodge Magnum SXT. After a lot of research on internet, I didn't find the information I am looking for, and I need help. I think the springclock in the upper steering wheel column is dead. Air bag is still lite on and no more horn. Cause of that trouble, I'd like to take advantage for changing the steering wheel for a 2008 R/T (or a 2008-2010 Charger - Challenger R/T), because I prefer the cruise control on the steering, not on the column. And I would like to add the control switches on the steering wheel too. I know I need to change several parts, mainly inside the upper column part. I need to change the cover, the module, the springclock and the back side of the steering to install the new cruise control switch. Do you think I can install this whole part : Mopar 68034898AB Steering Clock Spring Assembly w/Turn Signal/Wiper Lever/Switch, available on ebay.com item # 350597894226 ? If this part can fit my 2006 Magnum, then I will install the steering wheel with the new back side to have the cruise control switch on and I will install the control switches with new harness + R/T cluster. I know what I need to buy, and I know how to do the swap, I just don't know if 2008-2010 steering parts can fit 2005-2007. I have a Starscan, it may help .... Thanks in advance for any help.
