What tires and wheels work best to hook on street and drag ?

Originally had 2013 challenger RT classic and did some MODs , just to the engine and SC .

Looking for some great tires that hook on the street, and maybe get another set of tires for the drag.

First i am trying to get the best wheels to get for my car, i like weld racing RTS style but anything cheaper that looks like that ?

Second would be the right tires for the wheels.
