22 X 10.5 all the way around???

I know there are a few people who have done 22 X 10.5 all the way around. I plan on doing it on a 15 Charger RT, and plan on lowering it 1"-2" as well. What would need to be done on the front to make this work. Will rolling the fenders be enough, or will I need additional modifications?
