Cool weather runs better but how can i make that consistent

Hi guys, i have a 426 stroker, supercharged with aj hemi tuned . Most from here have helped me fix my car running good now .

Question i had is that since i am in Arizona, it gets real hot here like 115 to 120 degrees and the car runs different night and day when in weather like around 80's at night time but at 115 afternoon, seems sluggish.

Is there anything i can to cool it down and run like a monster in the morning or evening ?
