Fastman Ported TB Installed now with problems...

I just installed a Fastman ported throttle body (85mm tappered to 84mm in the back) onto my 2009 Charger R/T and took it for a test drive. Everything was going great until I hopped onto the highway and started cruising at 70mph and the electronic throttle control warning light and traction control light came on and the car went into limp mode. I was able to get off the first exit, park the car and restart it and the lights went away but they were intermittently flashing on and off on the way back home. Got home and the car was surging when pulling into the garage. I took a video of the idle surging and lightning bolt light flashing on and off. I noticed it seemed to want to go into limp mode when MDS kicked in on the way home. I didn't pull and fuses or battery cables when I installed it. Could it be as simple as pulling a fuse or battery cable so the ECU relearns with the new higher flow? I do have a Predator but I don't know if there's any settings I can change on my tune to compensate for it or is the only solution a custom tune?
