Possible to replace Bluetooth receiver for Uconnect?

I have a 2012 Chrysler 300S with the Uconnect head unit/nav. Just over a year ago, the BT stopped working and the dealer replaced the BT receiver (or at least I think that is what they did).

Now, every time my iPhone 5s connects via BT, then music cuts in/out, almost like a CD skipping. I have tried multiple iPhones and the same thing happens, so thinking it might be another BT receiver acting up.

Is it possible to replace that piece DIY?
