My thoughts on build threads are that you only post them for 2 reasons: you're either showing off or you need help/don't know what you're doing. I'm the latter. I'm not exactly clueless, I have built some pretty serious machines, but I may need suggestions on other things related to turbos. Also keep in mind, I'm not rich, and I'm going through a divorce, so my funds are mostly depleted by now. I'm also moving to SoCal next week, so that slows things down a bit too.
So what I started with was a '12 Challenger RT Classic 6-speed. I changed the wheels to the older style classic wheels and the hood to a TA hood and some bolt ons: Mopar CAI, SLP long tube headers, Moroso catch can, Diablo trinity. It was kind of fun, but not anywhere near as fast as I wanted it. Best time I could pull in the 1/8th was low 9's on street tires

Then I decided to start building the drivetrain. So I pulled the trans and had it sent off to Tick Performance and had them upgrade synchros, cryo and REM polish the internals. I also had them add in the sprayer bungs for the future when I up the power and will need them for oil control. Then picked up a fidanza flywheel and hellcat clutch and put it all back in. I also built 1350 yokes for both the getrag and tr6060 because I was going to build my own driveshaft, but my rear end choice is still up in the air. I'm leaning toward a Dynatrac 60 right now, but if i road course this then I might stick with the getrag and upgrade the shafts.
