I have an '08 Charger R/T with 55,000 miles. I've not had to do my first brake job on it yet. However, when I park on a grade, I have to push the parking brake pedal to the floor in order for the car not to roll forward or backwards when I have the shifter in neutral. It is a habit of mine to set the parking brake while the tranny is in neutral to be sure the parking brake is engaged and so the car won't roll before I shift the tranny into PARK.
Is there any sort of adjustment that can be made so that the parking brake will be more effective without having to push the pedal all the way to the floor?
