Question about blizzak tires

I found on CL some guy wants $400 for 4 275-40-20 blizzak only used for winter

I was thinking on putting 18s with blizzaks on my srt8 charger but for $400 I can just put them on my oem wheels.

My question is, is it worth it to put the 20" blizzaks for that price?
I'm not worried about salt on my wheels.
