LMI 392 True on SP

So, I installed the LMI True on my Scat Pack. First and foremost, Chris is phenomenal to work with. He truly went above all expectations for me. He truly is one of the best vendors, and people, I've had the pleasure of knowing.

Now, for the install, I have observations and questions. First, I wouldn't wish this install on my worst enemy without the proper cutting tool. I did the cutting by hand. It was incredibly difficult.

On the Scat Pack, you'll need to remove the oil belly pan and the front fascia under cover. Both come off fairly easy. Now, on the SP, you'll also need to remove the duct that leads to the brakes, and I was unable to figure out a way to reinstall this. The filter is huge and definitely eliminated my ability to reinstall it. Not too sure how I felt about that, especially since it now allows the radiator hoses to show through the lower grill.

As I said, the cutting was a bitch. Honestly, the removal of the brake duct and the cutting were bad. And putting the actual carbon fiber tubes into the rubber fittings was a bitch. I had some lithium grease I was able to move, but I still wasn't too sure I got the lower tube into the 90 degree bend enough. I also wasn't able to get the lower tube to 8 1/2 inches above as recommended.

I do believe the instructions were written for the previous generation.

With all of that being said, the product is phenomenal. It truly is an amazing piece of work. This definitely isn't for someone who doesn't appreciate it, though. It is a tough install.

Questions, should I be concerned that I couldn't install the brake duct again? And how often do I need to change this filter with the pre-filter over it?
