I picked up a 2006 Dodge Charger with the 2.7 V6 super cheap. Though I've rebuilt a few engines I'm not that great with DOHC engines as in, I've only rebuilt one before and it was a nightmare.
Has anyone ever had this problem? As far as I can tell with the valve covers off there is one rocker arm that is quite loose. Is this a common problem? Easy fix? I'm assuming not seeing how they are all underneath the cams. Just trying to see how much of a nightmare taking the timing chains off will be and keeping it all together in time. I plan on replacing the timing chains and tensioners along with the water pump.
If anyone can shed some knowledge on my situation it would be greatly appreciated!
