Yep, I made these. I took a set of JW Speaker model 6145 fog lights, ground down a few spots on the back side, TIG welded a tab on the top for adjustment, drilled a hole in the tab, painted them textured black, and lastly popped them in a factory fog light bracket.
My car is in the body shop right now, but after it's done I'll slap these in and take pics. These lights combined with black headlight housings should look cool.
