Fellow vendors, please be on the look out for orders going to a customer in Nogales, AZ for a Trinity tuner.
In may we had a fraudulent purchase from a customer there for a Trinity T-1000 tuner and another part. Two days after the sale, the customer filed a chargeback claim. Luckily we had not yet shipped the part. This weekend, another order came in and I noticed it was the same email address as the previous "sale" and the city was the same, although the name of the customer was different. When asked about this issue about the same order having been canceled before to the same email address, the guy became annoyed and said he wasn't the same guy (with same email, sure buddy) and asked me to refund him so he could purchase elsewhere.
So heads up on that if you see a Trinity order come through your systems going to Nogales, AZ. If you need verification of an email address, please PM me.
