Well, my luck finally ran out. The ringland on #6 blew off the piston. I knew I was pushing my luck on the 8lb kit. I was actually seeing close to 10lbs on some runs. I wasn't logging when it happened. The afr usually hovers around 10.5 at WOT, so I don't think it went lean. Maybe it was just it's time. It lasted a few thousand miles with my novice tuning. I definitely had a few close calls, maybe one too many. Now, I have to decide to what level to build the motor. And do I regret sc'ING the 392...not one bit.
