Would you replace Water Pump at 60,000?

So I have alot of maintenance questions these days, being that I just bought my 2010 Charger Police 5.7. I am try to do a bunch of preventative maintenance, because I am going to be making a couple of trips to Miami with my Dad, and DO NOT want to break down. It's 175 miles, one way. I am flushing cooling system, putting on new Silicone Hoses, and new Silicone Serpentine Belt. Since it was used as a Police car and therefore had a rough 60k miles along with alot of idle time, would you go ahead and replace the Water Pump now too?

If so, please recommend a brand if you know one brand to be very good quality.
